Dilek Turk
Dilek Türker (born February 3, 1945 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish theater and television actress , director and theater director . In Germany she became known for the role of mother in the family TV series Our Neighbors, the Baltas (1983).
Life
From 1964 to 1977 she belonged to the ensemble of the Istanbul theater and played several leading roles. In 1978 she moved to Germany and learned the German language at the Goethe Institute . For 13 years she worked on various theater projects. 1978 staged the play Old Photos by Dinçer Sümer in Cologne ; In 1980 two Turkish dramas by Haldun Taner at the Schaubühne am Halleschen Ufer . In the 1984/85 season she staged the play Sevdican in Turkish and German at the Westphalian State Theater . It was shown in many cities in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Austria.
In 1990 she returned to Turkey and founded the Ayna Theater .
