Dinar Ramilewitsch Chafisullin ( Russian Динар Рамилевич Хафизуллин , English dinars Khafizullin , Tatar Динар Рамил улы Хәфизуллин * 1. May 1989 in Kazan , Tatar ASSR , Russian SFSR , Soviet Union ) is a Russian hockey player of Tatar nationality , who since January 2014 when SKA Saint Petersburg is under contract in the Continental Hockey League .

Career

Dinar Chafisullin began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Ak Bars Kazan , for whose professional team he made his debut in the super league in the 2006/07 season . In his only mission he remained unpunished and punished. The entire rest of the season he spent with the second team of Ak Bars in the third-class Pervaya League . From 2007 to 2010 the defender played for Neftjanik Almetyevsk in the Vysschaja Liga , the second Russian division. There he managed to establish himself permanently in professional ice hockey. In a total of 125 second division games, he scored four goals and made 16 assists for Almetyevsk.

For the 2010/11 season Chafisullin received a contract with Vitjas Chekhov from the Continental Hockey League . At Vitjas he was able to fight for a regular place in the KHL and scored twelve points scorer in 44 games, including three goals. In January 2011, Chafisullin was given to his ex-club Ak Bars Kazan after Vitjas could no longer reach the playoffs. For Kazan, however, Chafisullin was only used in three games and returned to Vitjas at the end of the season. At Vitjas he was one of the strongest defenders offensively in the following years, which made him interesting for other clubs. In January 2014 Vitjas exchanged him for Georgi Berdyukov from SKA Saint Petersburg , where Vitjas also received financial compensation.

International

With the Russian U20 selection , Chafisullin took part in the U20 Junior World Championship 2009 , where he won the bronze medal with his team. In the course of the tournament he came to two missions in which he remained pointless and punished. He made his debut in the country's men's selection at the Euro Hockey Tour 2014/15, where he was used.
