Dirk Hannemann (born August 11, 1970 in Dessau ) is a former German soccer player and current soccer coach.

Athletic career

With Halleschen FC , Dirk Hannemann, who was born in Dessau, missed qualifying for the first all-German Bundesliga with a fourth place in the last championship round of the German Democratic Republic in 1990/91 , but qualified for the 2nd Bundesliga and the 1991/92 UEFA Cup , in whose first round Hannemann was substituted on October 1, 1991 in the second leg against Torpedo Moscow in the 63rd minute for Tom Persich , but Halle was eliminated from the competition. In the 1991/92 second division season , however, Hannemann only made nine appearances in the second highest German division and was relegated to the major league with Halle, whereupon he moved to the first division relegated MSV Duisburg and rose to the first division with this division, but without to be used yourself.

In 1994/95 Hannemann moved to the second division Hansa Rostock , where he had a share in the rise of the Hanseatic League to the first Bundesliga with three appearances, but ultimately could not prevail and was loaned to the Austrian club SV Ried for the second half of 1996 .

In the summer of 1996, Hannemann joined the regional league team Tennis Borussia Berlin for a year before moving to 1. FC Magdeburg via FC Grün-Weiß Wolfen in 1998 , with whom he was promoted to the regional league in 2000/01 2001/02 scored five goals in 30 appearances for Magdeburg. Because of the withdrawal of 1. FC Magdeburg's license, Hannemann moved to VfB Leipzig for the following season , to which he remained loyal with the exception of a guest appearance at Prussia Magdeburg from January to July 2003 until its liquidation due to insolvency in summer 2004. Since 2004 Dirk Hannemann has been playing again for Preußen Magdeburg in the Association League Saxony-Anhalt and will probably end his career there. In May 2008 he took over the coaching position from Wolfgang Steinbach at Prussia Magdeburg and in future only played in exceptional cases for the first team, while appearances in the "second" and the old men of the club increased. After his dismissal in the final phase of the 2011/2012 season, Hannemann became a coach at SV Fortuna Magdeburg in November 2012 .
