Diva Award

The Diva Award is a prize for outstanding Austrian real estate projects. The award is given to owners and project developers who bring outstanding, innovative overall concepts and projects from the field of commercial real estate from the idea to reality. The jury evaluates architecture, innovation, profitability, marketing and rental success.

The Diva Award has been presented annually in Vienna since 2002 . It is donated by the eponymous consulting company Diva Consult together with the Austrian specialist medium Immobilien Magazin . The jury included the Vienna City Councilor for Urban Development and Transport, DI Rudolf Schicker.

The diva was created by the internationally renowned painter and sculptor Bernd Fasching , who lives in Vienna . The bronze sculpture comes from the Tools series, which is based on the tools used in the sculpture work.
