Ekkehart Mittelberg

Ekkehart Mittelberg (* 1938 ) is a German specialist in German studies , textbook author, poet and aphorist. Mittelberg graduated from high school in Hammonense in 1958 . He received his doctorate on July 6, 1966 at the Philipps University of Marburg with a thesis on vocabulary and syntax from the Bild newspaper . He stands out above all as the author of comments, lesson suggestions and teacher manuals on works of German literature.

He is the current editor of the Classical School Reading series .
