Elisabeth Auer

Elisabeth Auer (born May 18, 1977 in Graz ) is an Austrian journalist and presenter .

Life

After Elisabeth Auer had successfully completed her Matura in 1995 at a federal high school in Graz, the Styrian went to Vienna and studied journalism, communication and political science. In 1997 she attended a course at the Austria Press Agency (APA). In 2000 Auer became a state-certified soccer referee.

Before her assignment, Elisabeth Auer worked as a presenter for radio stations such as Antenne Steiermark , Grazer Radio 107.5, Unique Radio and Radio Wien . In 2003 she was the presenter of the Toi Toi Toi TV competition broadcast on ORF . In 2004 Auer left ORF and joined the Austrian private television broadcaster ATV , where she worked in the sports department until it was closed in 2016. She then worked as an editor and spokesperson for ATV's newsroom before taking over the editorial management as head of duty at Schau TV , a television station recently bought by the Austrian daily Kurier, at the beginning of August 2017 .

Elisabeth Auer has been married to director and actor Paulus Manker since August 2018 , with whom she was previously in a relationship for 14 years.
