Emil Sander

Emil Sander (born August 24, 1905 in Langendreer ; † May 28, 1985 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament of the Communist Party of Germany .

Life and work

After attending primary school , Sander worked as a miner . He was secretary of the state executive committee of the KPD North Rhine-Westphalia and was heard in this capacity as a witness in the trial of the determination of the unconstitutionality of the Communist Party of Germany before the Federal Constitutional Court . Sander was a member of the city ​​councils of Bochum and Oberhausen in 1946 and 1947 .

From October 7, 1949 to June 17, 1950, Sander was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He moved up on his party's reserve list.
