Enrico Rossi (cyclist)

Enrico Rossi (born May 5, 1982 ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Career

Enrico Rossi finished third in the 2004 Italian National Track Cycling Championships in Keirin. He then concentrated more on road cycling and joined the Professional Continental Team OTC Doors-Lauretana in 2007 .

Rossi won a stage of the Tour of Slovenia in 2007 , the one-day race Memorial Marco Pantani in 2008 , a stage Circuit Cycliste Sarthe in 2009 and the Dwars door Drenthe in 2010 .

In September 2010, Enrico was arrested as part of a raid by the Italian police as an alleged central figure in a doping dealer ring. However, there was no doping ban.

In his most successful cycling trip in 2012, Rossi won two stages of the Tour of Greece , the overall ranking and two stages of the Tour of Slovakia , your stage of the Tour of Serbia and a stage of the Giro di Padania .

He ended his career at the end of the 2014 season.
