Erich Rosenthal-Pelldram
Erich Rosenthal-Pelldram (born December 30, 1905 in Breslau ; † 1989 ) was a German lawyer and administrative officer .
Life
Rosenthal-Pelldram studied at the Thomas School in Leipzig until 1924 . He then completed a degree in law, entered the judiciary in 1932, became a public prosecutor in Berlin and from 1942 Reich Commissioner for Pricing, was drafted into military service and was most recently a military administrator.
From 1945 to 1948 he was Ministerial Director and Head of the Organization and Statistics Department at the German Central Administration for Justice in the Soviet Zone of Occupation . After moving to West Germany , he worked in the personnel office of the United Economic Area from 1949 . From 1951 to 1955 he was attorney general at the higher regional court in Frankfurt am Main and as such a direct predecessor of Fritz Bauer . He then worked from 1955 to 1956 as a ministerial director and then as state secretary from 1955 to 1967 in the Ministry of Justice of the State of Hesse .
