The second edition of the European National Football Team Cup took place from February 1931 to October 1932. The national teams of Austria , Italy , Switzerland , Hungary and Czechoslovakia took part. After eight game rounds, the Austrian wonder team was the winner. From 1931 to 1934 an edition for amateur teams took place in parallel, which was won by Romania .
