Eyüp Can (born August 3, 1964 in Konya ) is a former Turkish boxer .

In 1984 Can won the Olympic Games in Los Angeles after beating Bill Dunlop, Canada (5-0), Seiki Segawa, Japan (4-1), and Yong Mo Heo, South Korea (4-1), and a semi-final defeat against the later Olympic champion Steve McCrory , USA (5-0), the bronze medal in the flyweight (-51 kg). Two years later he won another bronze medal at the World Championships in Reno . Can lost in the semifinals to eventual WBA world champion David Griman, Venezuela (3-2).

In 1986 Can became a professional. After 8 wins he lost to former world champion Joey Olivo in 1988. In 1989 he won the European title against later WBO world champion Pat Clinton, which he defended only once before ending his career with a record of 15 wins in 16 fights.

In 1989 he received the Sedat Simavi Prize for Sport.
