Farah Dustdar

Farah Dustdar (* 1948 in Iran ) is a Luxembourg political scientist and author of Iranian origin.

Life

Dustar, from Iran, has lived in Europe (Luxembourg) since 1967. She studied political science, sociology and social psychology at the University of Trier . 1998/99 it was at Eckhard Jesse at the Chemnitz University of Technology with a political science thesis on Kant's value-oriented liberalism to Dr. phil. PhD.

Dustar is editor of the German-language magazine Zeit für Geist . She has already published in German, English and Persian and has published articles in periodicals such as From Politics and Contemporary History and the Yearbook Extremism & Democracy .

Her main research interests are democracy , women and Kant studies .
