Farsi ( Persian جزیره فارسی, DMG ǧazīre-ye Fārsī ) is an Iranian island in the Bushehr Province in the Persian Gulf .
There was a marine base on the 3 m high island and the island is rich in oil and gas. Farsi is the location of a lighthouse .
