Fausto Gaibor García
Fausto Gaibor García (born January 24, 1952 in Guaranda ) is Bishop of Tulcán .
Life
Fausto Gaibor García was ordained a priest on January 24, 1981 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on October 31, 2006 titular bishop of Naraggara and auxiliary bishop in Riobamba . The bishop of Riobamba , Victor Alejandro Corral Mantilla , donated him episcopal ordination on December 2nd of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Giacomo Guido Ottonello , Apostolic Nuncio in Ecuador , and Ángel Polivio Sánchez Loaiza , Bishop of Guaranda .
On May 3, 2011, he was appointed Bishop of Tulcán .
