Florian Anders

Florian Anders , pseudonym Horris (* 1980 in Zerbst , GDR ) is a German film director , screenwriter , film producer and writer .

Life

Anders left the GDR in 1985, moved to Spenge in 1990 and to Berlin in 2004 . He studied literature and philosophy at the University of Bielefeld , but dropped out. From 2002 to 2004 he trained as a director with Walter Blohm. In 2005, Anders received the Spenger Culture Promotion Prize .

In his short film Franziska Spiegel - a memory from 2005, Sonja Kirchberger played with no fee. Well-known actors such as Lara-Isabelle Rentinck , Holger Handtke and Alexander Sternberg also played without a fee in his 2008 film EQ .

In 2011 Anders produced the web series Monologe , which he published on the Internet. A short time later, the web series Gedankentanz followed . The short film Chairs in the Snow from 2006 was indexed by the voluntary self-regulation of the film industry . Josefine Preuss played in his film Chairs in the Snow and lived with him for a long time in a shared apartment.

In 2011 filming began for his first feature film Bild von Ihr with Jytte-Merle Böhrnsen , Gustav Koenigs, Sylta Fee Wegmann , Marion Kracht , Manuel Cortez and Holger Handtke in the leading roles. The film was produced by Anders, who wrote and directed the film together with Jytte-Merle Böhrnsen and Barbara Landsteiner. The first cut of her picture had its world premiere at the Biberach Film Festival . He was also seen at the Braunschweig International Film Festival and the Achtung Berlin Film Festival .

In 2012, Anders shot his second feature film, Feet in Mouth , as director, author and co-producer for the Berlin production company Epicman Production .

In 2013 Anders produced the short film White Buttons with Anita Olatunji, Valerie Schneider, Charles Rettinghaus and Holger Handtke in the leading roles. The 20-minute film had its world premiere at the Hof International Film Festival. The film was also shown at the Taos Shortz Film Fest in New Mexico and the Sunscreen Film Festival in Florida.

Anders produced his third feature film with the working title Riots in the Heartland in 2014. Again, Anders was responsible for the script and direction. Anders cast Anna Hausburg , Florian Fitz , Holger Handtke, Klaus-Peter Grap and Tim Oliver Schultz for the film .

On May 12, 2013 the Hans Schiler Verlag published Florian Anders' debut novel The quantity makes the poison . Anders acts as the author of the book under his stage name Horris.

Anders founded the film production company Horris Film together with Stephan Bücker.
