Frank Proske (born June 12, 1958 in the German Democratic Republic ) is a former German ice hockey player and member of the Hall of Fame of the German Ice Hockey Museum .

Career

Frank Proske began his playing career in 1976 at SC Dynamo Ostberlin , with whose team he was GDR champion several times and took part in the European Cup. Even after being renamed EHC Dynamo Ostberlin, he played there until 1992. From 1992 he played at Berliner SC , where he ended his playing career in 1996.

Internationally he played for the national ice hockey team of the GDR and took part in the ice hockey world championships from 1978 to 1990 , forming the so-called mini-troika together with Harald Kuhnke and Detlef Radant as strikers .
