Friedrich Rückert Prize
The Friedrich Rückert Prize of the city of Schweinfurt is a literary prize . It was founded in 1963 and has been awarded every three years until 1995, since then at irregular intervals by the city of Schweinfurt. It is endowed with 10,000 euros (as of 2016).
The prize is named after the poet Friedrich Rückert , who was born in Schweinfurt in 1788.
