Gabriele Missaglia (born July 24, 1970 in Inzago ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Missaglia turned pro at Brescialat in 1995. After a year there and another at Panaria, he joined the successful Mapei team in 1997 . In the same year he celebrated his first professional success with a stage win at the Giro d'Italia . A year later he won the Tour de Langkawi Malaysian stage race . In 1999 he moved to Lampre, won a stage of the Tour de Suisse and in 2000 one of the Tour of Catalonia . He also won the German one-day race HEW-Cyclassics . From 2006 he drove for Selle Italia-Diquigiovanni and won the overall ranking of the Tour of Qinghai Lake the following year. At the end of the 2008 season he ended his career and became the sporting director of the Polish-Italian team Corratec .
