The Gauliga Bayern 1944/45 was the twelfth and final season of the Gauliga Bayern (officially: Bayern division ) in football. For the season beginning on October 1, 1944 - Munich and Swabia were played in September - a championship round was scheduled in each of the five districts of the Bavarian sports area, with two seasons being played in the Bayreuth / Upper Palatinate / Lower Bavaria area. Only in the Munich / Upper Bavaria district could a champion be determined, in the other groups the round, if it had started at all, was canceled due to the circumstances in the final phase of the Second World War. A final round for the German championship was no longer held this season.

Munich / Upper Bavaria

With FC Bayern Munich , Upper Bavaria was the only one of the five districts to have a champion. KSG Ingolstadt only played six games, LSV Fürstenfeldbruck withdrew its participation before the start of the season and disbanded.
