Geberbach
The Geberbach is a tributary of the Elbe near Dresden . It rises in the district of Hänichen in the municipality of Bannewitz and flows in a north-easterly direction to the Elbe, where it joins the orographic left after 11.1 kilometers.

In the upper reaches of the Geberbach flows in a north-easterly direction past Rippien , Golberode and Goppeln until it is dammed in a large pond below the dilapidated Gebergrundmühle. The next dam in Kauscha is used for flood protection and was completed in 1985. Here the stream enters the urban area of Dresden. When you cross under Dohnaer Straße, the name of the water changes to Prohliser Landgraben . In the Prohlis district, it flows renatured past the Albert Schweitzer School and along Gamigstrasse. In the area of Mügelner Strasse in Reick and part of the Moränenende street in Dobritz , it is piped. North of the Pirnaer Landstrasse it flows into the Niedersedlitz flood ditch near the Kiessee Leuben .
