Gerda von Rüxleben
Gerda von Rüxleben (* 6. October 1921 in Magdeburg as Gerda Katharina Wilhelmina Arnold ) is a German actress , dialogue author and synchronous director .
Life
Gerda von Rüxleben first worked as a theater actress. Since the 1950s, however, she has mainly worked as a dialogue book author. For two years she also acted as head of the dubbing department of the NDR in Hamburg. In this function, she supervised the award of dubbing jobs to various dubbing studios and as a kind of supervisor on behalf of the donors. The numerous productions for which Gerda von Rüxleben wrote the German dialogue books include Laurel & Hardy comedies like Revenge is sweet , westerns like Ringo , various productions of the carry-on… film series like In the desert no water flows , our torpedo is coming back , agents on the powder keg and a dismantled frigate, and TV series like White House, Back Entrance and The People from Shiloh Ranch .
