Gerhard Jaschke (born April 7, 1949 in Vienna ) is an Austrian author and publisher of the literary magazine Freibord .

Jaschke studied law (without a degree) and has been a freelance author since 1970. In 1976 he founded the magazine and Edition Freeboard together with Hermann Schürrer .
