Gerhard Klocker

Gerhard Klocker (born May 24, 1968 in Villach ) is an Austrian politician of Team Carinthia (TK), previously Team Stronach Carinthia . Since April 2018 he has been a member of the Carinthian state parliament .

Life

After primary school in Spittal an der Drau, Gerhard Klocker attended the local high school and commercial academy and completed an apprenticeship. At the Federal High School for Working People in Klagenfurt, he obtained an external diploma. Klocker works as the head of real estate management for the municipality of Spittal an der Drau.

politics

From December 2013 to April 2014 he was interim state party leader of the Stronach Carinthia team , which he then served as the state party leader until October 2016. Afterwards he was regional party chairman of the Carinthia team until December 2016 and served as its team manager until April 2018. From March 2015 to March 2018 he was a member of the city government in Spittal an der Drau , where he has been a local councilor since March 2018. From March 2013 to April 2018 he was also substitute state councilor for Gerhard Köfer . On 12 April 2018 he was in the inaugural parliament session of the 32nd legislative period as a Member of the Carinthian parliament sworn in .
