Society for aerosol research

The Society for Aerosol Research (since 1980 GAeF, originally GAF) (Association for Aerosol Research) is an international association founded in October 1972 of researchers who deal with questions of aerosol research . The society has members from industry, medical research institutions and universities all over the world, but operates primarily in Europe. She is one of the founding members of the International Aerosol Research Assembly (IARA) and the European Aerosol Assembly (EAA). GAeF has been co-editor of the Journal of Aerosol Science, founded in 1970, since 1980 .

The company is based in Bad Soden am Taunus . The current president is Helmuth Horvath .
