Gigantomania
As gigantism (v. Greek .: gigas , large ', mania , madness') refers to the desire to surpass fellow man through demonstrative, exaggerated beyond measure and Huge benefits. Through monumental to oversized buildings, rulers of all times tried to demonstrate and secure their power .
