Gisela Brackert
Gisela Brackert (born March 30, 1937 in Bad Kreuznach ) is a German journalist .
Life
Gisela Brackert, radio editor i. R., presenter, publicist, was responsible for the women's program ( radio ) of the Hessischer Rundfunk from 1981 to 1997 .
Before that, her journalistic commitment was in the fields of visual arts, design and PR. In 1987 she initiated the founding of the Association of Women Journalists , is today its honorary chairman and supports women's and gender studies at Frankfurt University .
In addition, she was involved in the Evangelical Church, was a member of the regional synod and from 1998 to 2008 also the EKD synod . She was a member of the governing bodies of the Evangelical Academy of her regional church ( EKHN ) and from 1998 to 2014 she was one of the authors of the regional church broadcast series “Zusetzt am Morgen” and “Evangelische Morgenfeier” (on hr 2 ).
Gisela Brackert lives in Frankfurt and has a daughter and two grandchildren.
