Grégoire Aslan

Grégoire Aslan (born March 28, 1908 in Istanbul , Ottoman Empire , † January 8, 1982 in Ashton , Cornwall , England , United Kingdom ) was a French actor of Armenian origin.

Life

Grégoire Aslan was initially a drummer and played in Ray Ventura's orchestra . He was discovered for the film relatively late, his further acting career was interrupted by the Second World War, until the end of which Aslan continued his musical activity. Due to his outward appearance, Aslan was often tied to shady or even criminal types, which he embodied in numerous films of entertainment cinema, including in international productions.
