Gulkand
Gulkand are called sugared rose petals in India , which are used to flavor dishes, or together with betel leaves to refresh the mouth and against a bitter aftertaste, but also as a laxative .
For the production of Gulkand rose petals are put in thick syrup, or the rose petals are mixed with sugar in a ratio of 1: 2 and dried in the sun.
