Anders Gunnar Samuelsson (born May 2, 1927 in Lima ; † November 4, 2007 there ) was a Swedish cross-country skier and biathlete .

Career

Samuelsson, who started for the Lima IF , won the bronze medal with the relay at the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo as a cross-country skier . He also achieved 15th place over 15 km and 11th place over 30 km in the individual races. At the Lahti Ski Games in 1959 he was third over 15 km. At the Swedish championships he won four times with the relay of Lima IF (1956, 1957, 1959, 1960). In 1960 he won the Skinnarloppet. He ended his career as a biathlete, where he finished second and third in the Swedish championships.
