Gunter Armonat

Gunter Armonat (born February 3, 1945 in Kiel ) is a German administrative officer and politician ( independent ). From 1999 to 2006 he was the district administrator for the district of Stade .

Armonat studied water management . He completed his studies as an engineer . Armonat began his professional career in 1971 as a trainee lawyer in Stade. In 1974 he became deputy head of the water management office . In the 1970s he began his career within the administration of the Stade district as head of the civil engineering department . After holding positions as a construction department from 1983 and as deputy chief district director from 1993, Armonat was elected the first full-time district administrator in the Stade district in 1999. He ran as a non-party applicant for the CDU . In the local elections in 2006 Armonat decided not to run again. His successor of than under it was the first county council working Michael Roesberg selected. Since 2007 he has been the chief dichgrave of the Kehdingen / Oste dike association.
