The hornbeam GmbH (proper spelling HAINBUCH ) is in the production of clamping devices specialized company. The company's headquarters are in Marbach am Neckar ( Baden-Württemberg ).
history
founding
The company was founded in 1951 by Wilhelm Hainbuch (1900–1989) as a small craft business in the Swabian town of Marbach am Neckar. Contract filming was carried out in the garage at home. In 1956 the company moved into a new building and two years later began manufacturing collets.
Boom
In 1964 the company applied for the first patent for the quick-release dividing device. In the following years, the course for the future was set through further patents and the expansion of the product portfolio. In 1972 another building was bought and in 1975 the partnership was converted into a GmbH. The managing directors are the company's founder Wilhelm Hainbuch and his son-in-law Gerhard Rall.
Internationalization from 1996
In 1996 the company entered the international market for the first time with the opening of a sales office in Singapore. The following year the subsidiaries in the USA and Slovakia followed. In 1998 the subsidiaries in France and Sweden were founded. In 1999 a new branch was opened in Niederstetten.
Since 2000
In 2001 the new administration complex in Marbach was completed and a new subsidiary in Italy was founded. In 2005 the company opened another production facility in Satteldorf, and one year later in Slovakia. In 2008 another subsidiary was founded in England and a production facility was set up in Thailand. In 2009 the inauguration of a technology and competence center took place in Marbach am Neckar.
In the late summer of 2015 the new building of the "Faktum" was completed. IT, accounting, controlling, ERP, technical management, personnel and campus are located here.
In 2018, Hainbuch bought the Hercegfi CNC manufacturing technology company in Mosbach in Baden-Württemberg.

The company's headquarters are in Marbach am Neckar. Production, administration, sales, purchasing, planning and procurement, construction, controlling, personnel, marketing, research and development, IT, a technology and competence center and a training workshop are located here.
There has been a production facility in Niederstetten since 1999.
A production facility was opened in Satteldorf in 2005.
In addition to the locations, there are commercial agencies working for the company throughout Germany.
