Glove head

The glove head is a 324  m high mountain in the Palatinate Forest , west of Hinterweidenthal in the German state Rhineland-Palatinate .

The mountain is surrounded by the salt creek on its west and north sides . To the southwest of the glove head is a striking rock formation with the Teufelstisch .

The group consisting of red sandstone existing rock, in its up to 10 meters high walls provides climbing in 12 routes with the degrees of difficulty UIAA III to V .
