Hans Jörg Hennecke

Hans Jörg Hennecke (* 1971 in Zülpich ) is a German political scientist and economic functionary.

Life

After completing his military service, Hans Jörg Hennecke studied political science and history at the University of Bonn , among others with Hans-Peter Schwarz . He wrote his dissertation on the liberal economist Friedrich August von Hayek . From 1999 to 2005 he was a research assistant at the chair for Comparative Government Studies at the University of Rostock , then until 2010 private lecturer . Since 2010 he has been teaching as an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Rostock. His focus is on the history of political ideas .

Since 2010 he has been working at the Chamber of Crafts in Düsseldorf , where he heads the department for economic policy, statistics, economic and business cycle monitoring and has made a name for himself as an expert in fundamental economic issues during this time. Between 2015 and spring 2017 he was seconded to the NRW state parliament, where he supported the technical and administrative coordination of the study commission on the future of the craft. Since 2012, he has been managing director of the North Rhine-Westphalian Crafts Day, which has been renamed HANDWERK.NRW.
