House Pimmenich is located in the Düren district of Lendersdorf in North Rhine-Westphalia , in the street Zum Richelnberg .

It is a former estate of the Dukes of Jülich . Haus Pimmenich was first mentioned in a document in 1386 when the Duke of Jülich's vineyards were listed. These vineyards comprised nine acres of land. In 1434 Pimmenich Jülich was a table good, which means that its income was used for the royal court. In the 17th century it was given to the lords of Berg as a fief . They must also have erected the buildings that still exist. The manor house was built in the 16th century.

The mansion is a two-story brick building . Each side of the house is built on three axes with stepped gables . There is a modern flat porch in front of the building. The outbuildings are made of rubble stones. They have been changed many times.

The structure is registered under No. 3/004 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.

Even before 1900 the farm was divided between the farmers Bell and Briem. The former manor house is still inhabited today by the Pütz family.

House Pimmenich consists of an irregular, rectangular courtyard from the 16th to 17th centuries. Today it is divided lengthways into two farms. In the northeast corner of the old courtyard is the former manor house, a simple two-storey brick building with large stepped gables on all four sides and partly in the 18th century with modified windows.

The interior of the house was completely renewed after a fire around 1905. To the right of the mansion there is a small two-storey residential building from the 17th to 18th centuries, the former apartment of the half-winner . Most of the farm buildings date from the early 19th century. Only a round gate, a stone house on the west side and a staggered wing on the north side remain from the old farm yard.
