The villa, which is a listed building along with its enclosure , consists of two structures. On the left side of the street view is a single-storey, country house-like villa, which dates from 1868 and has the same cubature as the neighboring houses on both sides. The older building stands on the eaves facing the street, it has a knee and a central projection with a triangular gable with a round window, which is supplemented by a gable dormer on both sides of the roof .

On the right-hand side of the gable , a transverse two-storey wing structure was added in 1877 for the doctor Julius Büttner by the architect Friedrich Rößler, who also built the Herbig House and the Villa Blumenstrasse 5 . This rather elaborate extension shows a gable side protruding towards the street with a triangular gable and a tympanum with a tooth frieze and foliage cartouche . Below is a colored glazed loggia on the upper floor , accompanied on both sides by an empty figure niche. The garments of these figure niches are used around the corner of the house as window garments for colored glazed decorative windows. Another tooth cut follows between the floors .

The enclosure consists of elaborate Lanzettzaunfeldern between sandstone pillars. On the northern boundary of the road property, behind a piece of quarry stone, there is a poorly preserved wooden lath gazebo with a gable roof .
