Heinrich Kochhann (born August 2, 1830 in Berlin ; † March 31, 1903 there ) was a businessman and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Kochhann was the son of the Berlin honorary citizen Friedrich Heinrich Eduard Kochhann . In 1856 he founded the banking and product commission business Gebr. Kochhann together with his brother Albert Kochhann. a. played a significant role in the grain trade. From 1884 he was an unpaid city councilor in Berlin and held numerous offices in the magistrate . After leaving, he received the title of city ​​elder . Between 1895 and 1898 he was the second vice president of the Berlin merchants' association.

From 1881 to 1884 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Frankfurt 2 Landsberg (Warthe) , Soldin and the Liberal Association .

Kochhann is buried in the cemetery of the Dorotheenstadt and Friedrichswerder communities .
