Hermann Schipprak

Hermann Schipprak (born January 19, 1885 in Aalen , † after 1955) was a German entrepreneur.

Life

Schipprak attended the secondary school in Aalen and completed an apprenticeship at the Ostertag-Werke there . From 1903 to 1914 he worked for the Haasenstein & Vogler company in Milan, where he advanced to the post of 2nd director. The military service from 1914 to 1919 interrupted his professional career. From 1919 to 1922 he was head of the Aalen municipal association. He then moved to the board of directors of Ostertag-Werke, Vereinigte Geldbrettfabriken AG, and later became its general director and chairman of the board.

He was also the main board member of the German mechanical engineering institute and chairman of their specialist group for safes and safe systems.
