Hikmet Köksal

Hikmet Köksal (* 1932 in Yusufeli , Artvin Province ; † February 25, 2020 in Istanbul ) was a Turkish general who, among other things, was Commander-in-Chief of the Aegean Army between 1992 and 1994, Commander -in- Chief of the 1st Army from 1994 to 1996 and between 1996 and 1997 Commander in Chief of the Land Forces ( Türk Kara Kuvetleri ) was.

Life
