Hilmar Scherf
Hilmar Scherf (born September 9, 1861 in Großkochberg ; † June 8, 1951 there ) was a Thuringian politician ( Meininger Bauernverein ) and a member of the state parliament of the Free State of Saxony-Meiningen in the Weimar Republic .
Family and work
Hilmar Scherf was the son of the tensioning goods owner Heinrich Scherf from Großkochberg. Hilmar Scherf was a farmer.
politics
Hilmar Scherf was elected on March 9, 1919 in the first and only election to the Landtag of the Free State of Saxony-Meiningen as one of five members of the Meiningen Farmers' Association, a predecessor of the Thuringian Land Association.

Hilmar Scherf was very committed to the needs of his rural home. B. Co-founder of the cooperative steam dairy in Teichel and the surrounding area, which was founded in 1904 and from which today's HERZGUT Landmolkerei Schwarza eG emerged.
