The Neue Donau skyscraper is one of the tallest residential buildings in Vienna . The building, designed by architect Harry Seidler , was erected between 1999 and 2002 and has 33 floors (32 of which are habitable) and is 120 meters high (150 meters with a concrete sculpture on top). The curtain-type aluminum cassette facade is characteristic.

Spaces

From the ground floor to the 8th floor there are mainly rental offices. From the 8th to the 15th floor there are two to three-room apartments in the building, and one to two-room apartments above ; the penthouses are on the top floor . The two garage floors with a total of 220 parking spaces are located under the plaza.
