coat of arms
The shield is divided into blue and silver, above a golden griffin with a red tongue, below three red roses with golden clusters and green sepals on green, leafy stems.
This coat of arms was created based on two family coats of arms, the gentlemen of which were formerly based here as bailiffs and renters of the Limberg office: The griffin comes from that of the von Consbruch family, who still have their headquarters in Hiddenhausen today . In Holsen, Messrs. Consbruch had previously lived and worked as rent managers for the Limberg office and therefore temporarily owned the Holserdiek estate (since 1658).
