Hotep-ib-Re was an ancient Egyptian king ( Pharaoh ) of the 13th Dynasty ( Second Intermediate Period ).

In the Turin Royal Papyrus, a ruler with the name Sehotep-ib-Re appears in row and row 6.12. This is perhaps a prescription from Hotep-ib-Re by an ancient Egyptian scribe. Hotep-ib-Re had the proper name Qemausahornedjherjotef, or according to another reading Hornedjherjotefsaqemau.

A statue and a temple block are known of this ruler . As a ruler with the same throne name (Sehotep-ib-Re) is also listed under 6.8. appears, the exact classification of this pharaoh is not entirely certain.
