The Italian conductor Arturo Toscanini will be presented in his home in New York. He directed the NBC Symphony Orchestra , a NBC orchestra that was founded especially for Toscanini. Toscanini conducts the Hymn of the Nations by Giuseppe Verdi and the overture from La forza del destino . The tenor Jan Peerce sings .
