Entrepreneur and Broker

In 1980 Ini Assmann founded IMS (Ini's Media Services) in Munich and opened an IMS branch in Beverly Hills four years later . Until 1999, Assmann published numerous interviews and photo series with her company. Photo reports were created with former colleagues such as Elke Sommer, Maria and Maximilian Schell, Curd Jürgens, Romy Schneider, Janet Leigh, Debbie Reynolds and others. Assmann, who removed an “s” from her surname in America for obvious linguistic reasons - “Ass” equals “Ass” - and now called herself Ini Asmann , finally settled in Rancho Mirage , where she made another career change and from October 2008 worked as a real estate agent for Windermere Real Estate. In 2014 she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, to which she succumbed in December 2015.
