Institute for Marxism-Leninism
Institutes for Marxism-Leninism were institutions of socialist or communist parties . They published works of the classics of Marxism as well as Marxism-Leninism and leading party leaders as well as topic-related research papers on the history of the party and the national and international labor movement of the time .

Universities of the GDR
An institute for Marxism-Leninism , later a section for Marxism-Leninism , existed until 1989 at every university and college in the GDR (see Basic Social Studies (GDR) ) and those of other socialist countries.
