International Janusz Korczak Literature Prize
The Janusz Korczak International Literature Prize was a literary prize that the Polish section of the IBBY founded in 1979 and awarded until 2000. It was financed by the Polish Ministry of Culture.
The award is presented every two years to writers of children's books and books about children who distinguished themselves through their human and artistic values and who advocated understanding and friendship between children around the world.
