Interviews with My Lai Veterans is a 1971 American documentary .

Five soldiers who were present in the attack on the Vietnamese village of My Lai on March 16, 1968 are interviewed. The interviews are conducted individually, with the men describing the orders they received and their expectations. They also try to convey the soldiers' motivation for the massacre , in which over 500 people died, and the assaults (rape).
