Jürgen Gottschlich
Jürgen Gottschlich (* 1954 in Herne ) is a German journalist and publicist . He is one of the co-founders of the taz .
Gottschlich studied philosophy and journalism in Berlin . At taz he worked for many years as coordinator ( head of duty ) and most recently as deputy editor-in-chief . He has lived in Istanbul since 1998, where he works as a correspondent for several German newspapers.
He is married to the Turkish-German journalist and writer Dilek Zaptçıoğlu .
