Javier Pascual
Javier Pascual Rodríguez (born November 14, 1971 in La Virgen del Camino ) is a Spanish cyclist .
Career
Javier Pascual started his cycling career in 1995 with Santa Clara . After two years he moved to the Kelme-Costa Blanca team , which later became Comunidad Valenciana . In 1999 he won the overall ranking of the Ruta del Sol and one stage of the Tour of Murcia . For the 2001 season he moved to the Spanish team iBanesto.com and immediately won a stage of the Vuelta a Castilla y León . The following year he won another stage of the Ruta del Sol. Since 2004 Pascual Rodríguez moved back to the Comunidad Valenciana team and won the 18th stage of the Vuelta a España on the way to Ávila . The following year he won the two races Gran Premio Miguel Induráin and Vuelta a La Rioja . After the 2006 season, he ended his career.
