Jean-Herbert Austin (born February 23, 1950 ) is a retired Haitian soccer player .
Career
Austin studied at New York University , where he participated in its soccer team. He was nominated twice to the All-American's men's soccer team and three times to the New York State All-Star Team . In 1988 he was inducted into the NYU Sports Hall of Fame . He then played for Violette AC .
It was also Austin in the squad of Haiti in the 1974 World Cup , but was not a single game used.
